What exactly do you distribute?
Five categories: cosmeceuticals sold across Korean pharmacy counters, professional-only skincare dispensed in dermatology and aesthetic clinics, dermocosmetic lines with clinical substantiation, stem-cell conditioned-media skincare, and our own private label. Mass-market retail K-beauty is not our channel.
How is this different from a Korean trading company?
A trading company buys on the open market after you order. We hold the distribution agreements already, so the stock, the pricing tier, and the authenticity trail are ours rather than something assembled per transaction.
Why should a pharmacy-channel product matter to my market?
Because it is a different product, not a different label. Pharmacy and clinic lines in Korea are formulated for a condition, carry higher active levels, and are supported by testing a professional will stand behind. That is a position retail K-beauty cannot occupy once it reaches your shelf.
Can we get exclusivity in our country?
For several lines, yes. Exclusivity is discussed once a first order has shipped and we can see the channel you actually reach. Tell us your market and your existing accounts in the first message and we will say what is open.
Do you support product registration in our market?
We supply the document set an importer normally needs — ingredient breakdown, certificates of analysis, GMP and free-sale certificates, and product specifications. The registration filing itself is made by the licence holder in your country. We will tell you early which lines are straightforward and which are not.
What are the minimum order quantities?
They vary by line. Pharmacy cosmeceuticals start low enough for a first trial order; clinic-exclusive lines and private-label production carry higher minimums. Indicative quantities come with the catalogue.
Can you produce under our own brand?
Yes. Our private-label base formulations can be produced under your brand in Korean GMP facilities, with OEM and ODM options. Lead times and minimums depend on the packaging and the formulation you choose.
Which countries do you ship to, and how fast do you reply?
Over 100 countries by air, ocean, and road from our Seoul hub. Catalogue and indicative pricing come back within 48 hours for most enquiries; clinic-exclusive quotations and private-label projects take longer, and we will tell you when to expect them. We operate under Korean export regulation and do not ship to sanctioned countries or regions.
